The Team

MGT Management was founded in 2020 by Mike Martin (MD),
Greg Tufnell (Chairman) and Phil Tufnell (shareholder & client).

Mike has worked in talent management for over 20 years and has personally represented the likes of Phil Tufnell (21 years), Sir Andrew Strauss (19 years) and Sir Alastair Cook (14 years) amongst many others.

Greg is a retailer at heart having previously been MD of Burton Menswear and Mothercare. He now holds several Non Exec and Chairman roles across various Businesses.

Tuffers is of course best known for his cricket, TV and radio work.
For MGT he is the ideal introducer and link between the talent and the management.
